If you weren't a teacher, what would you be?

If I weren’t a teacher, I might also like to be an exchange student coordinator. I think travelling and seeing the world has shown me how people around the world have so much in common and how we should all be able to connect and get along. Learning about new cultures, meeting new people, and eating new foods has shown me the exuberance of life and how beautiful the world is. I think all students and people should be able to experience this!

Actually, my dream was to be a musical theater actress. If I weren’t a teacher right now, I’d probably be performing wonderfully on a musical stage. I think it’s so amazing to be a musical actress—unleashing my passion through singing and dancing, and delivering a touching story to the audience. After I retire from teaching, I might just challenge myself and give it a shot again. If you ever see me on stage, please make sure to recognize me!
